"You have four seconds to tell me what you think you are doing on my estate."
Lena froze, turning slowly as she made eye contact with the former Talon member. Though Amélie was no longer under the effects of the society's brainwashing, she would never be the smiling ballerina(more) Lena had once known her as. Now, she was guarded, spoke to nobody, and lived on her own in her huge estate and property.
Lena still got chills when she thought of the day Widowmaker had finally gotten the last of her files from Sombra and handed them to Angela, before giving Winston a stack of maps and other valuable data. She'd broken the mind control, but she would never tell them how.
"For all this," she had said, voice devoid of emotion but eyes full of pain, "I just beg that you let me rest and rot in peace. No visitors. No more...Widow. Just Amélie."
But Lena had broken that rule and gotten caught doing so. And although Amélie was not Widowmaker, thankfully, she still retained her training from her time and currently held her Widow's Kiss gun at Lena's head.
"Wait!" the brunette exclaimed, grip tightening on the box she held. "This is all a complete misunderstanding! I'm not breaking in or anything, love, honest!"
Amélie simply stared at her for another minute before setting the gun down, relaxing. "I asked for no visitors, but you showed up anyways. It must be important."
Lena held up the small white box, giving a cheeky smile as Amélie took it from her when she offered it.
"What is this."
"Well! It's a cake!"
Amélie looked towards her.
"Happy birthday from me and Emily? Happy 'not breaking in, just being nice day'?" she tried.
